If you are not sure of what you want to do. You can view our product assortment on the home page and make a selection of your choice.
How can I purchase experiences and activities on HopInTown?
You can purchase any experience or activity if you are registered with HopInTown. Once you have made a activity selection & provided details such as date, guest type etc, you will be taken to Checkout Page. You can pay Online through your Credit Card, Debit Card and Net Banking. You can also select Pay by Cash option if the facility is available in your city and advance purchase time of 5 days.
What should I do if I have issues with the payments?
You need not worry, contact us by phone, email or chat and we will take appropriate action to resolve your issue at the earliest.
What should I do if I need to cancel my order?
The request for cancellation of order can be placed by calling our call center. The request for cancellation has to be placed at least 7 days in advance to the date, on which the service is to be availed. All cancellations and modifications are governed by Service Provider Terms & Conditions that are listed on the Activity Page. We advise that you understand them before making a request for cancellation. HopInTown team will contact you and take appropriate action as per the Service Provider Terms and Conditions in 24 hours.
How will I receive my refund?
If there is any refund which is due upon cancellation it will processed and will be returned to you in the mode that you made the payment. If the payment was made through online channel the same channel will be used for refund. In case the payment was made in cash, a special coupon will be created for you which you can be used towards your future purchases from HopInTown.
